Style Pair of Self-Adhesive Rare Earth Disc Magnets (N35 Grade)
Coating Nickel (NiCuNi)
Dimensions Height:1.5mm, Diameter:15mm

Magnetic Product Description:

These small magnetic discs come in pairs with a 3M self-adhesive backing. The discs are made from powerful Neodymium Magnets, which makes them extremely strong for their size. The 3M adhesive backing negates the need for epoxy glue due to the reliable hold of the adhesive backing.

This set of magnets include two Rare Earth Discs Magnets. Each has a diameter of 15mm and a height of 1.5mm. They have the 3M 467 adhesive on each opposite side of the pair of magnets. The adhesive has a thickness of 0.06 mm.

Uses for our Pair of Rare Earth Disc Magnets:

Watch Neo Disc S/A Pair Video

Magnets with their own adhesive are time-saving and avoid the need for epoxy glue when fixing the magnet in position. This pair of matching North/South Self-Adhesive Rare Earth Disc magnets is useful for promotional displays and anywhere non-metallic items need to be swapped, interchanged or replaced. The Self- Adhesive has been factory applied to create a complementary pair and when used together allows two items to be attached to each other without the need of a metallic surface. These magnets can also be used for adhering different lightweight objects like artwork, information, signage or calendars to ferrous metal surfaces at your office, warehouse or home by using only one of the pair.

NB: Ranges are indicative for product category, please check individual products for specic values within that range.

The most common coating for Neodymium magnets is Nickel + Copper + Nickel (Ni + Cu + Ni). This coating offers the magnet relatively good protection from corrosion and passive applications. If the magnet will be exposed to moisture or liquid then consider the use of an organic coating such as Epoxy. A hard wearing coating, Epoxy is suited to applications where the magnet will come under some friction or knocking.

Magnets are readily available in Blocks, Discs, Cylinders & Rings. AMF Magnetics specializes in the supply of short-run prototype magnets including Arc Segments, various magnetic orientations etc. If you need a magnet size that we don't carry in stock, submit a Design-a-Magnet enquiry for a quote on your custom magnet design.

Neodymium magnets are offered in several different grades. The first section N30-54 has an operating temperature of up to 80 degrees. Most of our stock only goes up to N38. The second section, denoted with the "M" prefix after the grade has an operating temperature 100 degrees. After this the grades are "H", "SH", "UH" & "EH". In order for the magnet to withstand a higher operating temperature, during production more of the raw material PrNd is incorporated as these elements have a naturally occurring resistance to high temperatures.

Very good magnets

Ordered this to stick on the back of our wedding invites. Worked great and super strong! Plan to use the remaining ones to make fridge magnets.
