Neodymium Ring Magnet - 20mm x 4mm x 12.7mm

Product Code 23007A

Magnetic Product Description:

This rare earth ring magnet has an outside diameter of 20mm, an inside diameter of 4mm and a thickness of 12.7mm. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 23007A

Uses for our rare earth ring magnets:

The inside diameter represents the void area that is common to all Ring Magnets and differentiates them from Disc Magnets. The void allows the ring to slot onto shafts or rods so they can be accurately positioned and easily replaced in a metal separation or a repelling capacity, or in a metal detection function for processing systems. Ring magnets can be positioned on shafts with no need for fasteners or tools for their attachment or removal. This reduces the incidence of metal contamination and increases the time between service intervals for processing equipment that are often in continuous use. In less industrial applications, the hole allows the magnet to be attached with string, plastic cable ties or wire, making it possible to adhere any object magnetically to steel surfaces. This can include decorations, information, artwork or cloth material for temporary or semi-permanent attachment.
