Uses for our Rare Earth block magnets:

Neodymium block magnets like these are used in highly technical and sensitive measuring equipment such as sensors, gauges and switches. They can play an integral part in the operation of important monitors for industrial processing equipment, commercial systems and medical devices where their permanent, self-sufficient power and accuracy is important in maintaining safe, consistent, trouble-free operations. One or more magnets can be configured in an extremely sensitive assembly where they react precisely to different levels of magnetic influences such as ferrous material or electrical signals. Highly accurate monitoring is vital for determining appropriate maintenance scheduling for equipment and keeping systems within safe operating tolerances.
Small, inconspicuous Neodymium magnets are also used in delicate, contemporary fashion accessories and jewellery designs where they provide a practical and modernistic alternative to traditional fastening methods. Block shaped magnets can be glued neatly inside angled frames to act as closure devices on storage containers or decorative items. Miniature Neodymium magnets are strong, yet relatively inexpensive and for this reason, they appeal to creative people who build and enjoy scale models, Warhammer figures, remote control cars, boats, drones and other aircraft.
