Magnetic Product Description:

This block magnet has a length of 50mm, a width of 25mm and a thickness of 12.7mm. It has a magnetic flux reading of 3957 Gauss and a pull force of 28.35 kilos against 5mm thick mild steel. It has the AMF magnet part number of 22006A.  A very strong magnet which needs care when handling, this magnet weighs approx 120 grams.

Uses for our rare earth block magnets:

This magnet is similar in size to a cigarette lighter These magnets provide an inbuilt and permanent pull force of over 28kgs of renewable energy.

Very strong permanent Neodymium magnets like these blocks have become indispensable in modern design and technology. Neodymium magnets are relatively new members of the Magnet family (1980’s) and Magnets are the youngest members of the fastening family. Favoured for their invisible and non-invasive bond, magnets have superceded old technologies like nails and glues and become, in many industries, the modern method of attachment.

Every day, different sized and different strength magnets like these Neodymium blocks are being chosen by plastics fabricators across the world for their bonding strength and lightweight characteristics. They are utilized for their instantaneous and damage- free bond for insertion into recesses of plastic moulds as fasteners in fabrications too numerous to list.

Tools, toys, displays, decorations, department store shelving, storage and signage systems, vehicles, vacuums and vending machines, to name a few. Magnetic fastening allows these fabrications to be simply dismantled for servicing and cleaning, and just as easily returned to their original position. This is not possible with adhesion agents of days gone by.

For the removal of Ferrous contaminants and the manufacturing of mining-related products and power generators or Magnetic cable holders and a variety of general purpose uses, Block Magnets like these are perfect.
