Self-adhesive Magnetic Tape Product Description:
This self-adhesive magnetic tape has a width of 40mm and a thickness of .8mm. The roll comes in a length of 50 metres. Made from Strontium or Barium ferrite powder within a polymer matrix, our self-adhesive magnetic tape provides good demagnetization resistance & reasonable resistance to chemical agents. Identified by the AMF Magnetics part number 59038.
Uses for our adhesive magnetic tape:
This flexible magnet is s 0.8mm in thickness and so offers a stronger magnetic bond but less flexibility than product 59037 (0.4mm)
This magnetic strip is 40mm wide. Wider tapes have more contact area and this creates a stronger bond that requires more force to release than thinner tapes. It can be cut to any length to attach signage, identification labels or important instructions to a metallic surface in your warehouse, factory, office or home. Conversely, it can be attached to timber or plastic surfaces, using the self-adhesive, in order to create an attachment point for metallic tools, parts and equipment. Our magnetic tape uses a high-quality adhesive on the back so you can attach it to any clean surface with confidence in order to create a magnetic bond.
For best results, apply the adhesive side to a clean, dry surface and allow it to cure for 24 hours before attaching any weight to the magnet.
