This Magnafix tape magnet has a width of 25mm and a thickness of 1.6mm. This tape comes in a 30 metres length roll. It has a 3M 9448 adhesive on one side. Identified by the Amf magnets part number 59029B. **This product is not recommended for use with large sheets of perspex thicker than 6mm.

This PART B tape is designed to complement PART A and create a matching magnetic bond between two surfaces, which can be either metallic or non-metallic. With the Magnafix system, Timber or Aluminium windows can have magnetically fitted fly screens or double-glazing. By using these Self Adhesive tapes and placing A on one side and B on the opposite side with the magnetization of each tape complementing the other so a perfect seal is formed, screens or glazing can be removed for cleaning or, seasonally removed and replaced, in the correct position at a later date. The Magnafix tape system allows any two surfaces to attach magnetically with repeated accuracy and can be much simpler and more convenient than traditional fasteners like nails, clips or screws. You can cut the tape easily to the length you require. **Flyscreens and acrylic panels without a frame will require extra adhesive to bond, or product will fail.

The Pull Force listed for each magnet is based on lifting 10mm thick steel from a horizontal surface. Magnets on a vertical surface (of 10mm thick steel) are generally able to hold around only 30% of the pull force listed in the product description.
