This ferrite block magnet has a 75mm length, a 16mm width and a height of 12.7mm. This ferrite magnet has a magnetic flux reading of 1989 Gauss and a pull force of 1.6kg. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 12036.

Uses for our ferrite block magnets:

Manufacturers take advantage of the wide magnetic field offered by these long rectangular Ferrite Blocks for use on their conveyor systems in the production process. Any foreign metallic objects are removed by the magnets which can hover over or lie adjacent to the passing product or raw material. To these companies who sometimes have their products distributed globally, quality and consistency are of great importance. Strategically positioned along the line, magnets can help avert human error and can prevent accidental damage to expensive equipment and the subsequent costly downtime, These magnets can help avoid liability claims due to contamination and the reputational and financial impact they can have on manufacturers.
