Beveled edges not suitable
The beveled edges of these magnets reduce the clamping power when used on edge as I some times have to use them in building model aircraft.

This isotropic Ferrite Block Magnet measures 25mm x 19mm x 4mm with a magnetic flux reading of 270 Gauss. It can be identified by the AMF Magnets part number 12101.
Ferrite Block Magnet - 25mm x 19mm x 4mm | Isotropic: These magnets have a non-specified direction of magnetisation, resulting in a weaker, multi-directional polarisation. Unlike most magnets, they do not undergo the final step in production to become anisotropic and have a defined North/South Pole. As a result, they are more affordable and highly resistant to heat and corrosion due to their ferrite composition.

The Pull Force listed for each magnet is based on lifting 10mm thick steel from a horizontal surface. Magnets on a vertical surface (of 10mm thick steel) are generally able to hold around only 30% of the pull force listed in the product description. This is due to the effects of gravity and the lack of friction between the surface and the shiny magnet. Read More
