Ferrite Block Magnet - 38mm x 8mm x 10mm
Product Code 12061
Pull Force* 0.036 kg
Weight 15 gm
Style Ferrite block magnet
Direction of Magnetisation Axially magnetised
Dimensions Width:8mm, Height:10mm, Length:38mm
*Measured against up to 10mm mild steel.

Magnetic Product Description:

This ferrite block magnet has a 38mm length, an 8mm width and a height of 10mm. With a magnetic flux reading of 1946 Gauss, the 12061 has a pull force of 360 grams. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 12061.

Uses for our ferrite block magnets:

Thin Ferrite Blocks can be useful when the location of the magnet is restricted by low height or shallow depth dimensions. They can be glued into place or stacked together to increase their pull force without increasing their footprint Wide magnets that are magnetised through their thickness have a wide magnetic field useful for locating metallic objects hidden below or within another material. As with all Ferrite Magnets, these blocks are low cost and corrosion resistant as well as resistant to demagnetisation. Common applications for Ferrite magnets include holding and storing metal utensils, metal detection, metal separation and retrieval.
