Uses for our rare earth block magnets:

Made from an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron, these types of permanent magnets are the strongest, most compact magnets commercially available. They are used in a wide variety of applications including the operation of electrical motors associated with white goods, power tools and electric vehicles.

They are also often used as fasteners in a range of fabrications. Fabrications like cabinetry, bench tops, shelving and racking assemblies, especially where it is helpful to take apart components for regular cleaning in commercial kitchens and cool rooms or sterilisation requirements in science laboratories and hospitals.

In commercial retail spaces, trading conditions and display areas vary. Shelving racks and displays can be fastened with magnetic blocks of different sizes and can be reconfigured to suit a new or seasonal product or different advertising areas. Displays of this kind are simple and easy for staff to use, with instant engagement and release properties that can be determined by the size of the magnet in use.

This magnetic method of fastening offers retailers a range of display options and provides a hidden or inconspicuous fixing system and gives products a futuristic, streamlined appearance. Popular with brands that want to associate their products with modern cutting-edge technologies,.they also maximise display area on shelving by eliminating the need for unsightly and intrusive brackets. The customer's attention should be on the product, not the shelving that displays it,  Commonly housed in the sockets of plastic fabrications, magnets are leaving traditional fastener like screws and glues in the past. For servicing, cleaning and reconfiguring, magnets are simpler, safer and smarter than traditional fasteners.
