Magnetic Product Description:

This rare earth block magnet has a length of 12mm, a width of 5mm with a 2mm height. It has a gauss reading of 3470 and a pull force of 1.23 kg. Identified by part number 22010A.

Uses for our Rare Earth Block Magnets:

This Rare Earth block is thin and is not easily manoeuvred around or dislodged on a metal surface by hand due to its low height profile and higher than average N52 Grade of magnetisation. This block is found in hundreds of applications around the workshop, home and office, and anywhere a significant hold strength is required in a confined space. It is ideal for use in sensors, gauges, switches, scientific equipment, DC electric motors as well as model making and cabinetry. Easy removal and relocation of artwork or diagrams can be achieved by placing the magnet on the 2mm edge which enables the 5mm width to be gripped with fingers.

AMF Magnets New Zealand

Hi Nicollas, thank you for your feedback. Our Rare Earth magnets, especially when they are 1mm or 2mm thick, can be quite brittle. It's important to follow the Magnet Handling and Safety Guide included with your order to ensure they don't snap together and break. Thank you, AMF Magnetics.

Good and Strong

I use them for replacements for my 1:32 slot cars. I have a number of vintage cars that have lost or had removed thneir magnets and these are an excellent replacement!
