This neodymium magnetic ring has an outer diameter of 100mm, an inner diameter of 80mm and the height of 7mm. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number R-OD100H7ID80-N35.

Uses for our Rare Earth Ring Magnets:

This is a larger than average size Neodymium Ring magnet. It has an oversize central void that greatly reduces the total amount of rare earth material between the flat, round pole surfaces. The reduction of Neodymium material due to the void is reflected in a proportionate reduction in the strength of its magnetic field and this should be considered when choosing the correct magnet for your application. As a typical axially magnetised Ring magnet, the magnetic field passes between the North and South poles i.e. through the 7mm thickness dimension. Many AMF customers regard Neodymium Ring magnets as the most versatile, multi-purpose magnetic shape of all. Unlike solid, flat disc magnets and block magnets, attaching a Ring magnet to another surface is simple. A cord, cable tie or length of wire can be used to attach the magnet to a fence, gate, fabric or even vegetation in outdoor spaces. No tools, power source or glue is required.
